The Moment It Clicked, But Not Without Some Fuss
When I first signed up for the training and onboarding, I expected much more guided help throughout the initial setup. The documentation was decent enough, but I found myself needing to troubleshoot some steps independently. It was only halfway through the week that it really clicked how the process was intended to flow. The dialer setup, for instance, didn’t integrate as smoothly as implied in the training videos. On the other hand, the calls database feature was pretty intuitive once I got the hang of it. Overall, while the training covered the essentials, I expected more step-by-step oversight, especially for first-timers. There were moments of getting stuck, but a bit of trial and error helped. The ongoing automatic updates did alleviate some concerns about keeping software current. I’d say it’s a mixed bag: useful once underway, but the initial path felt foggy and required patience to figure out by myself.
