The moment it clicked and where it didn’t
Initially, I found the software interface a bit overwhelming. At first, I struggled to locate the dialer tools and the database features because the layout wasn’t as intuitive as I expected. Then, after spending some time in the training, I had a clearer picture of how everything interconnected, and the moment it clicked was when I realized the database meticulously synced with the calling tool. This integration made managing contact information easier and streamlined my workflow quite a bit. However, despite this, I still had reservations about the automatic updates feature. It sometimes changed settings without clear notification, which was confusing and disrupted my progress temporarily. On the positive side, signing up was a straightforward process, and I appreciated how invoices came promptly with detailed information. Telephonic support was available but sometimes felt slow, which could be improved. Overall, while the software had its good points and some shortcomings, I felt it had potential. I think with a little more polishing in navigation and update transparency, it could be a lot easier to use consistently.
