Reflecting on my experience with the WFHI software and access, I recall a bit of frustration initially due to some repetitive steps in the onboarding process. While signing up, I noticed I had to confirm similar information multiple times, and at moments the system responded slowly when accessing the dialer tool. These minor delays made me question if I was progressing efficiently. However, after a couple of days using the calling tools and the database feature more regularly, the flow of the software became much clearer. The labels and instructions eventually lined up intuitively with my workflow, and the automatic updates happened without interfering with my work, which was a relief. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward and surprisingly smooth, with no confusing terminology or unexpected requests. Telephonic support came through well when I had questions, though I did have to wait briefly on hold at times. Looking back, I realize the moment the platform truly clicked was when the database integration started saving me time in organizing client info, making the earlier small inconveniences worth enduring. The overall experience was positive, but I do wish some steps could be streamlined to avoid repetition and waiting during the very initial setup.
