The moment it became clear it could handle hiccups

Initially, I wasn’t fully sure how the software would cope with unexpected issues, especially since remote workflows often hit snags. During my first week, there were moments when access was interrupted due to connectivity issues on my side, but the system managed to stay stable otherwise. The built-in automatic updates didn't disrupt ongoing work, which was reassuring. One time, when the dialer froze during calling sessions, I could reset it with simple steps learned from the onboarding training. The support team was reachable over the phone quickly, which helped resolve some minor access hurdles. Although the software generally handled errors well, I did find that its database feature lacked some intuitive recovery options when I accidentally deleted entries, which made me pause. Overall, the software performed reliably, especially considering it supports remote workflows where variability is expected. I appreciate that troubleshooting tools are straightforward, but I do wish the recovery from human error was a bit more forgiving. That detail aside, I feel confident that as long as I stick with the recommended procedures, the software will serve my needs adequately.
