The moment I wished I'd known more upfront
To be honest, the moment it became clear to me that the explanations prior to purchase were lacking was quite frustrating. I had expected a full walkthrough of the software capabilities and the onboarding steps, but the sales description only skimmed the surface. It felt like I was left guessing at how the dialer really worked during a typical day’s use and how smooth the automatic updates would be. While the invoicing and payment process was straightforward enough, the rest of the onboarding instructions weren't detailed, and that made the initial setup cumbersome. The training materials also didn’t cover common hiccups that users might encounter, which meant I had to rely heavily on support calls. Telephonic support was okay but could have been more empathetic to my confusion early on. Overall, I think clearer explanations before signing up would have saved me from this rocky start.
