The moment I understood the value and where I still struggled
When exploring WFHI’s offerings during the pre-purchase phase, I appreciated the detailed technical specifications and live demos that helped me grasp what the software could do. The database feature especially stood out since it seemed tailored to organize contacts effectively for remote work. On the other hand, some aspects, like how the calling tools integrated with my existing workflow, were left vague and I had to figure out several steps on my own. The sales process gave me a fair idea about signing up and handling payments, but I wished there had been clearer direction on how to access training post-purchase. I found myself at a crossroads where the value was apparent, but gaps in guidance made me cautious. While it clicked that the platform could be powerful with some effort, the initial onboarding felt less complete than expected. Still, the automatic updates kept the software reliable, and telephonic support was ready when I reached out. In the end, it was a mixed experience where some parts were straightforward, and others demanded more self-reliance than I had anticipated.
