the moment i thought i understood billing was confusing

At first, I was excited to try WFHI’s software and training because it promised a smooth way to manage remote workflows, especially with their calling tools and automatic updates. The sign-up procedure was fine, and the initial invoices arrived promptly, which made me feel somewhat more confident. But as I progressed and started using the database feature more regularly, I realized the payment side got complicated in ways I didn’t expect. The ongoing payment process wasn’t very clear, and I found myself second-guessing what exactly I was being charged for each month. It felt like no clear explanation was offered about recurring fees or the difference between trial periods and paid plans. I called telephonic support, hoping for clarity, and while the support person was polite, their answers left me with more questions than solutions. Honestly, that moment when I tried to make sense of my bills was frustrating and diminished my confidence in the whole system slightly. I will say though that the training and onboarding were handled well enough, and the software updates didn’t disrupt anything. But the billing confusion holds me back from a more positive opinion, and I’m uncertain if I’ll continue without first fully understanding what costs I am committing to.
