The moment I really got it was a call issue fix
I remember one particular moment during the training when something clicked for me. We were working on setting up the calling tool, and I hit a snag because the dialer wasn’t connecting properly. The training session was calming and adaptive, and the trainer quickly guided me through troubleshooting the issue over the call. That instant where the problem got resolved made me feel like I truly understood the system's workings. Before that, the training felt a bit generic and sometimes rushed over key details, but fixing that one call problem made the software feel real and usable. Beyond that specific moment, the onboarding was mostly smooth, although some parts of the database feature documentation were a little vague and left me guessing. The automatic updates didn’t cause any interruptions that I noticed, which is good. Overall, I got confidence from that experience, especially because they didn’t just gloss over the problem. It showed me that when things go wrong, there is real help to make it right.
