I started using the software with a hopeful attitude, thinking it would help streamline my remote work. However, as days passed, I felt less confident in navigating the interface. The dialer was confusing and frequently froze, making it hard to manage calls smoothly. Trying to get assistance through telephonic support didn’t improve things much; responses were slow and often not detailed enough to resolve my issues. I struggled with the database features too—they didn’t seem to fit well into my daily routine, which added to my frustration. The automatic updates didn't improve the experience either; in fact, some updates disrupted the functionalities I was used to. The signup and payment process was straightforward, which was one positive, but it wasn't enough to keep me engaged with the software. Ultimately, the moment it clicked that this solution wasn’t for me was when I couldn't confidently complete tasks I needed without feeling stuck or confused. Despite the promise, my experience was more stressful than helpful.
