The moment I realized this wasn’t for me was during setup
Reflecting on my experience, the initial sign-up and invoicing steps went as expected, and I was hopeful when onboarding began. But as the weeks passed, it became clear that a lot of what was involved felt one-off rather than ongoing support. The training sessions were fine, but after they ended, there wasn’t much chance for follow-up or regular check-ins. Each update was automatic, sure, but they didn’t come with explanations or options to adjust, which left me feeling disengaged. The calling tools and dialer were somewhat confusing in routine use; there was no continuous assistance to help ease that difficulty. Support was available on the phone but only sporadically. I found myself wondering if this was the right setup for my needs, especially as I needed more sustained guidance. The moment it clicked—or rather, failed to—was when I realized it lacked ongoing interactive support, not just one-off onboarding sessions.
