The moment I realized the training didn't suit my hours
I started the training and onboarding with high hopes, but it soon became apparent that the scheduled sessions barely aligned with my actual working hours. The training content was thorough and the modules well-structured, which I have to admit was helpful, but the timing was quite inconvenient for me and forced me to adjust my day uncomfortably. The sessions were designed primarily for a fixed schedule that doesn’t fit everyone’s remote work pattern, and I found myself struggling to participate live or catch up effectively afterward. Additionally, there was some waiting time between the onboarding steps that delayed my progress more than I expected. While the software itself promised flexible usage, the training process felt less adaptable and created unnecessary friction in my routine. I hoped for more recorded or on-demand content to bridge this gap. Reflecting on it, I am disappointed because the training didn’t really click with my availability even though I think the material itself is reliable, so I would suggest considering those timing issues before diving into this onboarding.
