The moment I realized the steps were not properly organized
My experience with the support communication made me realize the flow of steps wasn’t very sensible. When I first signed up for the software, the training documentation wasn’t clear in what I should do first, second, or third, which made me try things out randomly. Then I contacted support and the order of instructions still seemed scattered. For example, I was shown the dialer tool before even understanding the database feature, which was confusing. The support team was polite but gave instructions in bits and pieces rather than a clear roadmap. As days went by, I tried to follow some advice and the automatic updates sometimes changed settings unpredictably, causing me to retrace my steps. The payment and invoicing process came later but suddenly appeared disconnected from the rest of onboarding, so the whole experience felt fragmented. I did appreciate that phone support was reachable when needed, but it required multiple calls because of the unclear sequence. The moment it clicked that things were not in order was when I tried to combine the dialer and database effectively yet ended up mixing up contacts due to missing guidance on sync processes first. Overall, the workflow felt disorganized which made using the software a frustrating effort at first, and I still feel they need to streamline their training and support communication to make sense step by step.
