The Moment I Realized the Platform Wasn’t Right for Me
Going into the pre-purchase process, I was hopeful about the software's potential to streamline my remote workflows. The initial sign-up was simple and intuitive, and the demo dialer function seemed promising. However, as I navigated the onboarding flow, I encountered several roadblocks: inconsistent updates to the database feature slowed down my progress, and the calling tools occasionally failed to connect properly. I reached out to telephonic support expecting prompt solutions; some representatives were helpful, yet others struggled to provide clear answers or seemed unaware of recurring issues. The sales team’s communication was polite but ultimately unable to address the technical frustrations I faced. After multiple attempts to resolve problems, I realized the system wasn’t a good fit for my specific needs. Despite some positive aspects like training materials that were easy to follow, the combination of software glitches and uneven support made me reluctant to continue. The moment it clicked for me was when a crucial automatic update caused data syncing errors without explanation, shaking my confidence.
