The moment I realized most setup was one-time, not ongoing
I had hoped that the onboarding and training would prepare me for an ongoing process that adapted to my needs continuously. However, it became clear after a few sessions that most of the setup was a single event rather than something that evolved as I used the software more. The initial training did cover the basics well, and I appreciated the step-by-step guidance through the sign-up and invoicing process. Yet when I encountered issues beyond that, the lack of follow-up or additional training meant I felt a bit adrift. The dialer tools and database features were introduced, but updates weren't explained thoroughly as part of regular training, leaving me to mostly figure things out on my own afterward. I did find the telephonic support somewhat helpful, but not proactive enough to compensate for the lack of ongoing guidance. Overall, I expected a more dynamic training experience that would evolve as I worked through different stages, rather than a fixed beginning with little follow-through. This gap made it harder to feel fully confident using WFHI's software and features over time, even if the initial setup itself was straightforward and well organized.
