The moment I realized it wasn’t clicking as I hoped
When I first started using the software, I was cautiously optimistic about getting comfortable with it. The initial sign-up and invoicing process went smoothly, which gave me some confidence. However, as I progressed and tried using the calling tools alongside the database, I started to feel less sure. It was during one of the longer usage sessions that I noticed the software updates popping up automatically at inconvenient times, disrupting my workflow and making me question how dependable the system really was. Telephonic support was available, which was fine, but it didn’t entirely clear my doubts about some of the features I struggled with. Looking back now, I realize the moment it didn’t click was when the interface and automatic updates interrupted the smooth use I expected. Though parts of it were okay, I never got fully confident in relying on it completely for my remote workflows.
