The Moment I Realized It Was Too Slow to Get a Reply
Honestly, the sales team responsiveness left a lot to be desired. I hoped to get quick answers about the software capabilities and the steps of onboarding but several times I was waiting for days to get a simple email back. That one salesperson did respond fairly prompt with some useful documents, which was helpful. Still, much of what I needed to clarify before signing up I had to guess or search through the FAQ, which is not the ideal process. It wasn’t until after multiple follow-up attempts that I had even a brief phone call scheduled. Even the invoicing questions didn’t get a full answer during that call. I suppose the initial sign-up interface was smooth enough, but the lack of human follow-up made me hesitate on fully committing. I can't say the whole sales process was a lost cause, but the moment I gave up waiting was when I realized the pace wouldn’t meet my needs. So while the software training itself looks promising, getting sales and pre-purchase support was frustrating and slow in my experience.
