the moment i realized it might not fit my actual hours
So I tried the software for a few days to see how well it fits the actual hours I work, which can be pretty unpredictable. At first I thought it was gonna sync up fine, cos the dialer and calling tools seemed easy enough to use and the database feature kept my leads organized. But then I noticed the automatic updates sometimes slowed down the system right when I was about to make calls, and support wasn’t always quick to answer when I tried to get help during those hours. Signing up and payments was smooth enough, no big issues. The training was decent but some steps felt a bit too generic and not tailored to my pattern. So the moment it clicked for me was when I faced delays in calling tasks that conflicted with my sporadic hours and realized the system was kind of designed more for a steady schedule rather than flexible timings. It’s useful but maybe not perfect for my irregular work routine.
