The moment I realized it didn’t fit my real needs

When I started the onboarding sessions, I expected the training to cover practical scenarios about the calling tools and database management. But the content largely focused on generic instructions without adapting to the way I work. For example, the dialer training didn’t match the hours I am usually available and made assumptions about constant internet connectivity and call flow that isn’t my pattern. I reached a point where I was unsure if continuing further would improve my ability to use the software effectively, as the onboarding did not address the irregular hours I keep. The automatic updates also changed parts of the interface unexpectedly, which wasn’t flagged in advance during the training. Although the sign-up and payment process had been straightforward, I felt the training missed the practical touchpoints where I needed guidance the most. In short, the moment it clicked for me was when I realized the software and training did not align well with my actual working routines. I ended up feeling like I was using tools that didn’t quite fit, despite the structured sessions. That is frustrating when you hoped to rely on the onboarding to build your confidence.
