The moment I realized access was more tedious than expected
Looking back, the biggest hurdle for me was the repetitive steps and waiting periods involved in accessing different parts of the software. Initially, I hoped for a seamless, quick access experience but instead I often found myself re-entering similar information or waiting for updates to sync, which disrupted my workflow quite a bit. The training itself was okay, though by the time I progressed to using the dialer and database features, the delays began to feel cumbersome. I acknowledge that automatic updates improved the system somewhat over time, but the initial days were frustrating enough that it overshadowed some positives. The telephonic support was responsive at times, yet even their guidance couldn’t prevent the repeated loading screens or lag. So while parts of WFHI software functioned properly, the access experience made me feel slowed down rather than enabled. I am still evaluating if this suit my expectations for a remote workflow tool.
