The moment I realised setup wasn't ongoing
I initially thought the setup might involve continuous adjustments, but it became clear pretty quickly that most of it was a one-off process. The onboarding flow did take some time, but once I had everything in place — the database configured and the dialer tested — the software ran smoothly. It felt like the first few days demanded more attention, figuring out how the calling tools integrate with my existing workflows. Automatic updates kept things current without interrupting my work, which was a nice touch. Even telephonic support only came into play a few times, mostly early on. I wouldn't say the support was anything extraordinary, but it was reliable when needed. After that phase, the routine was pretty much set, and I didn’t require further assistance or major tweaks. Overall, it didn’t feel like something I had to constantly manage, which was a relief given how many apps I usually juggle. I’m not someone who seeks out constant features updates, so the stable functionality was welcome. The initial setup required decent focus, but I’m glad it wasn’t an ongoing struggle or recurring hassle.
