the moment i got the labels made sense was a relief
The support and communication were generally okay, but what really changed things for me was the moment I understood the labels around the database feature. Until then, some of the wording felt vague and I wasn’t sure exactly what options would do or where to find certain functions. Once someone on support explained a key label over the phone, everything clicked, and I was able to navigate the system more confidently after that. Before that moment, the telephonic support was fine but not a game changer because I still struggled to interpret the interface terminology. There were brief instances when instructions felt good but without that clear explanation of the label, it was difficult to fully get on board. The sign-up and payment parts went smoothly, though those were the easier parts overall. After that key moment of clarity, using the calling tools and database felt much more manageable, and I could make better use of the automatic updates knowing how the software expected me to interact with it. So that one phone call was the linchpin in turning confusion into understanding during my early experience.
