The moment I got the labels, everything else felt vague
During the training, I remember a particular moment when the meaning of the labels on the dashboard suddenly clicked for me. Before that, I was somewhat lost between different buttons and options, and it slowed me down. Once I understood those labels, I could navigate the onboarding steps much more confidently. However, beyond that moment, the rest of the training felt a bit vague in places. Instructions sometimes lacked clarity, making it harder to fully grasp the calling tools and the way the database was supposed to be maintained. The onboarding flow itself was fairly straightforward, but the wording could have been better structured to prevent confusion. The software updates arrived automatically and were mostly smooth but a couple of times changed features without much explanation, which set me back temporarily. Overall, that moment when the labels made sense was critical to how quickly I could get up to speed. If that clarity came earlier, the whole onboarding would have been more seamless. Sign-up and invoicing went fine, but the training wording definitely made the bigger difference for me.
