the moment i got it was when the support stopped repeating basics
So support at workfromhomeindia was good overall but there was definitely a bit of a wait sometimes which made things feel a bit slow. The first few calls involved quite a bit of repetition where I had to explain the same issue multiple times and it sometimes felt like the reps were reading from a script rather than really listening. But after the initial hiccups when I’d just signed up and was figuring out the dialer and database, things clicked better. After that, the support team seemed to really understand what I was facing and provided targeted help without the back and forth. The communication flow got much smoother once the reps and I were on the same page, which was nice because the delays and back-tracking could get frustrating. It wasn't perfect because at times I still had to wait to get through and repeat some basic info but compared to how it started, the experience definitely improved as I used the software more. I'd say it was a positive experience in the end, just took a bit of patience to get there.
