The moment I got it, and then I didn’t
Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first reached out to their sales team, thinking maybe they would be kind of stiff or slow. But initially, I felt like things clicked nicely – the person I was chatting with was friendly and seemed to know the software well. They answered some of my questions quickly, and I was starting to think that signing up was going to be a breeze. However, as I dug deeper into some of the features and tried to clarify payment terms and options, the responsiveness dipped. Replies started taking longer, and sometimes I felt like I was pushing to get simple info instead of getting it directly. It wasn’t a major issue but definitely made me hesitate a bit. Compared to that initial good vibe, the slowdown surprised me because consistency in communication matters a lot when deciding to commit to a platform. It’s like they got caught up or maybe they expected me to figure things out by myself later on. So, the moment it clicked was early on, but then I had to take more initiative. Overall, I’d say the sales chat started well but could be more consistent through the entire pre-purchase conversation.
