The moment I figured out the portal was mostly self-explanatory
I remember when I first signed up and started exploring the WFHI software, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed because there wasn’t much hand-holding initially. It wasn’t like someone was sitting next to me and guiding step-by-step, so I had to click around and figure out what’s what on my own. But then, after spending some time poking around, it clicked how intuitive the interface is. The database feature was actually pretty easy to get once I stopped overthinking it, and the dialer tool started making sense after a few trial calls. I appreciate that the automatic updates happen quietly in the background, so I never worried about missing anything. The invoicing was straightforward, although I did have to refer to the FAQs a little bit. Looking back, I think the biggest realization was that WFHI expects users to be proactive, which is not a bad thing but worth knowing upfront. So yeah, figuring it out myself was part of the experience and once that moment hit, the rest flowed smoothly.
