the moment didn’t quite click for me

So I was going through all the support messages and labels in the portal, trying to figure out what each meant for first timer like me. Honestly, most of the wording felt a bit off or confusing. Like some phrases didn’t really explain the action clearly, and I found myself guessing what I was supposed to do next. I get that some technical terms have to be there, but it kinda felt like they just slapped them around without thinking how users will actually read them. The one good thing I’ll admit is that once I understood what the key labels meant, it was easier to navigate. But it took a while, and by then I felt frustrated because I’m used to clearer instructions. Also, communication via the help desk wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped. I think if they made the language simpler and more conversational, a lot more people like me would find the learning curve less steep and fall into place faster. Right now, I’m still not sure if I fully get all parts of the process from what I see written there.
