The moment clarity almost arrived, but missed
When I first started exploring the sales and pre-purchase information, I found some parts quite confusing. The explanations about how the software and training would help with remote workflows weren't as clear as I hoped. There was a lot of jargon that made it harder to understand the actual benefits or how the process would work for me. That said, I appreciated the step-by-step onboarding description because it at least gave some structure and a hint of what to expect in terms of setting up the calling tools and dialer. However, I still felt unsure about the database feature and whether automatic updates would interrupt my work or improve it. The sign-up and payment steps were straightforward enough, which I suppose was a small positive in an otherwise mixed experience. Telephonic support sounded helpful on paper, but I wasn’t sure how accessible it would really be if I needed immediate assistance. Overall, the moment when things were supposed to click didn’t quite happen for me. I understand the intent, and there’s some solid functionality, but I wished the explanations had been more transparent and less reliant on vague promises. This would have helped me feel better prepared before actually buying or starting the training.
