The mix of hope and confusion at the end

As someone new to remote workflows, I really hoped the training and onboarding would help me feel confident quickly, but honestly, I ended up more confused. While the initial signup was smooth and the software promised many features that I thought would simplify my tasks, getting through the training modules felt somewhat slow and not as engaging as I’d hoped. The instructions were a bit technical, and at times I wasn’t sure if I understood how the calling tools and dialer actually functioned in practice. The database features seemed complex without hands-on guidance. Telephonic support was available but didn’t always clarify my doubts effectively. I had expected to be able to start using the workflow confidently after training but felt unsure by the end. That said, I can acknowledge there were some helpful tips tucked within, so it wasn’t all negative. I guess the good and the bad side balance out to slight disappointment rather than complete dissatisfaction.
