The mehnat really showed in accessing the software

At first, I was hopeful about how quickly I could get access to the WFHI software, but the reality was quite taxing. The sign-up process seemed straightforward in the beginning, but as I tried to actually log in and navigate the interface, it took more effort than I anticipated. Getting familiar with the database feature felt complex since the automatic updates sometimes changed the layout unexpectedly. Telephonic support was available, which I found somewhat helpful when I could get through, but often the wait was longer than I wanted. The dialer function did work reliably when I finally set it up properly, so I'll credit that. However, onboarding felt disjointed; the training videos didn't quite match my level of expertise, and I struggled a bit to figure out the calling tools in the hours I could dedicate. Invoicing and payment were relatively smooth, which helped ease some frustration. Overall, by the end of my first week using the system, I felt only mildly confident about managing workflows remotely with this software. It requires patience and continuous troubleshooting to keep workflows going smoothly, and that effort might discourage someone expecting a more intuitive experience. While some features ran fine, the overall process involved quite a lot of trial and error, making me hesitant to fully rely on it yet.
