The long grind testing your patience
When I first signed up, I thought accessing the software would be straightforward, but it honestly felt like a hassle from the start. You had a few things set up well, like the clarity of the dashboard layout, which seemed promising. However, getting consistent access was a different story altogether. The onboarding steps took much longer than I expected, and I wasn’t sure if the problems were on my end or your side. I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to keep my session active during work hours, and that really drained my confidence in the system's stability. I expected a smoother experience, especially as the software promised automatic updates, but these seemed to disrupt workflow rather than enhance it. The calling tools weren't as intuitive in practice, either, often prompting errors that didn’t resolve without help. While telephonic support could sometimes assist, it wasn't always quick or effective, which was frustrating. By the time I finished the onboarding and had some usage under my belt, I still felt uncertain about relying on your platform for daily remote workflows. It took real effort to get to that point, and honestly, I wish it had been less stressful.
