The labels were clear enough
I've been through the WFHI onboarding and training several times with different teams now, so I'm pretty familiar with how it all works. Honestly, the wording and labels made sense from the get-go. The dashboard buttons are clearly labeled, and the instructions use simple language that’s easy to follow. It’s not one of those overcomplicated systems where you spend ages trying to figure out what a section does. Each step in the training pointed me exactly where to go without ambiguous instructions. I remember having to explain to a colleague last week who was stuck, and I didn’t have to bother guessing the terms or searching for what they meant. The database section, calling tools, and dialer all use consistent labels, so there’s no confusion when switching around the interface. Even the invoicing and payment terms during sign-up were straightforward, which helped us move quickly through the setup. So, for anyone worried about the language being confusing or technical jargon, I can say that it feels pretty intuitive and user-friendly. This might not be the first time someone has explained it, but honestly it’s set up well enough to not need many explanations.
