The labels mostly made sense, except one part

When I was checking out the software before making a commitment, the labeling of features and the wording used on the sales pages mostly made good sense to me. There was a clear path explaining what the database feature was, and how the dialer would integrate with the workflows. The setup flow and training programs were outlined in decent detail, which gave me confidence about what I was signing up for. However, one aspect that puzzled me was a term used for a premium calling tool. It wasn’t clear whether it implied a fully integrated solution or just an add-on; ironically, this naming was less self-explanatory than other sections that felt quite well worded. Discussing it with pre-purchase support helped a bit, but it did stand out as a confusing part amid otherwise straightforward terms. Aside from that, the platform’s description and promotional wording matched up well with what I encountered later during onboarding. So overall, it was a positive experience with just one label that made me pause and inquire for clarification.
