The labels and wording needed some effort to get used to
When I first started the onboarding and training with WFHI, I noticed the wording and labels used in the software weren't always clear. At the beginning, I opened the training dashboard and went through the initial tutorials, but some terms didn’t immediately make sense, which caused me to re-read instructions and look for clarifications. The database feature, while powerful, had labels that felt technical and could confuse a beginner like me. Also, the call dialer had some buttons whose purpose wasn’t obvious at first glance, so I took time experimenting before I felt confident using it. However, the sequence of steps was logical; it just took me a bit longer to internalize the terminology and flow. I found myself cross-checking with the provided training materials several times. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment parts were straightforward and what I appreciated the most. Automatic updates didn’t affect my usage much, which was a relief. Overall, onboarding involved some effort to decode the interface language, but once understood, it became easier to navigate the system.
