The Labels and Wording Made Me Pause More Than Once

The Labels and Wording Made Me Pause More Than Once

I spent quite some effort just trying to understand the sales and pre-purchase details of the WFHI offerings because some of the terminology felt a bit vague or overlapped. It was not always clear what certain labels on the pricing plans meant, or how training sessions might differ from software access. The sign-up process itself was mostly straightforward, but the descriptions before purchase had me double-checking what exactly was included, which added a layer of uncertainty. On the other hand, the telephonic support team answered my questions thoroughly, even if the initial explanation materials could have been clearer. I also found the automatic updates feature a bit confusing in the early days, as I wasn't sure how it would affect my existing database or calling tools. In short, while the software and tools seem solid, the pre-purchase communication and wording could benefit from simplification to ease new users’ decision-making.
