the labels and wording are pretty straightforward overall

I guess the first thing that came to mind when I started using the software was whether everything was named in a way that made sense. Sometimes software can have labels that don’t quite match what the feature actually does, but here I mostly found things pretty clear. The dialer was labeled simply—calling interface, call history, contacts database—nothing too complex. Even the auto-update prompts used straightforward wording so I rarely had to second guess what I was agreeing to. Of course, there were a few places where I had to pause and think if I was in the right menu or interpreting a button correctly, but those were small hiccups. I also appreciated how the training sessions explained terminology so that things made more sense as I went along. So yeah, my overall feeling is the wording and labels do their job well enough, and it took some of the guesswork out of using the tools. So my verdict would be that the interface labeling is mostly effective and user-friendly, not perfect but enough so to keep me from feeling unsure during key tasks.
