The label 'Call History' was confusing at first
I remember clearly the first time I tried to use the software and saw the label 'Call History' in the menu—at first, I wasn’t sure if it meant just recent calls or some kind of detailed report. That moment stood out because it made me pause and reread the instructions before I dared click it. Beyond that, the rest of the navigation was a mixed bag—some parts of the database were easy enough to find, other sections felt a bit scattered. The terminology overall could be more uniform; some labels made sense immediately while others left me guessing. The dialer itself was straightforward once I actually started using it, so that was a plus. Support wasn’t always immediately on the line but when I got through, things cleared up. The automatic updates didn’t disrupt my work, though I sometimes wondered if they could include more helpful notes on what changed. So while the software does its job, a little polish in wording and menu structure would make it much easier to use from the get-go.
