The invoicing step just didn’t make sense to me
Looking back on the whole sales and pre-purchase experience, one thing stands out starkly as the biggest problem — the order of steps during sign-up and invoicing felt completely illogical. It was confusing to go through several screens, filling out details and then suddenly being asked for payment details before even fully accessing the training modules or software demo. I kept wondering why I couldn’t explore more or check support options before committing financially, which made the whole process seem rushed and disorganized. The sequence didn't flow smoothly and left me hesitant to proceed further. Waiting between responses and the drawn-out explanations during support calls didn’t help either. It felt like I was stuck in a loop without clear progress or reassurance. Months later, I still think the whole sales sequence could be better arranged to create more confidence and clarity. The software itself may be good, but that jumbled pre-purchase path really stuck out as a negative for me.
