The Invoice Terms Surprised Me, Rest Was Familiar
Most of the sales and pre-purchase communications felt straightforward and aligned with my initial expectations. The descriptions of the software’s features were clear and easy to understand. However, the wording around the invoicing caught me off guard—it used terminology I hadn't anticipated and needed explanation beyond what was in the documentation. That moment of hesitation was a bit frustrating since until that point everything else in the onboarding and sales materials made sense and flowed naturally. Apart from the surprise over invoice labeling, the rest of the process regarding sign-up and payment options was smooth and uncomplicated. I appreciated the clear layout of the sales package but I think clarifying invoicing terms earlier would help future users avoid confusion. Otherwise, my overall experience before purchase was fairly positive and transparent.
