The hours I work and the payment setup didn’t sync well

So, here’s the thing I noticed during the sales and pre-purchase communication: the offered software and service seemed great but didn’t quite fit the hours I actually work. I mean, the support hours and update cycles felt misaligned with my schedule, which made me feel like I was juggling timings more than focusing on the actual workflow. They did have an okay system for sign-up and invoicing, which I grant was straightforward enough. But the bigger problem was how the dialer availability and telephonic support were set up around fixed hours that didn’t match my real working day. I circled back on this point a few times during pre-purchase calls but found no adjustment would come. It made me feel a bit stuck because I’d hoped for flexible hours fitting the remote lifestyle. Some other parts like database management were fine according to my needs. Still, the mismatch with hours is what stuck out most because it slowed down my usual working flow. I’m guessing others with 9-5 shifts won’t find it an issue but for me, that was the key downside.
