The hours bit was mostly okay, only sign-up confused me

I've been trying to see if the software fits with the shifts and hours I actually work, which fluctuate a lot. Mostly, it handles this well; the training helped me map out how the workflow fits with different times of day. The database feature is handy to adjust contacts and tasks around the hours I logged. The dialer worked fine across those varying times, and the automatic updates never caused downtime. However, the one part that stuck out was during sign-up and invoicing — the time zones and payment schedules felt a little off to my actual working hours, making coordination tricky sometimes. I wish the onboarding flow would reflect that better since it’s something I struggle to explain again and again. The telephonic support tried to help but only clarified after I already sorted it by testing myself. Overall, the system can fit hours with some patience, but the sign-up and payment timing could use a little tweak to feel more aligned with real-world work patterns. Otherwise, the software and training felt solid enough once past that hurdle, but it was still a noticeable glitch for me.
