The good is minimal but the confusing labels get in the way
From the start, I found the WFHI software interface a bit confusing because the wording and labels seemed unclear to me. This made it hard to figure out exactly what each function was supposed to do, especially in the calling tools and database sections. Though the software did work in terms of basic operation, these unclear labels often slowed me down and made the access process frustrating. The automatic updates sometimes changed features without clear indication what had been updated, which caused more confusion. Signing up and invoicing were okay overall, but the labels in the dashboard made navigating the software unnecessarily difficult. Support was reachable and tried to assist, but explaining the function of certain labels repeatedly felt wasted effort when the interface itself wasn’t intuitive. The training materials mostly avoided the label issue but could not fully prepare me because the software interface’s wording was just too ambiguous. That said, the software did manage to perform the tasks required, but the struggle with wording was a major downside for me.
