The good: clear invoicing, the bad: confusing sales language really threw me off

Hey, I wanted to share my thoughts about the whole sales and pre-purchase phase. So, on one hand, the payment process was actually quite smooth, and the invoices came promptly which I appreciated. That side was transparent and made the money part easy to track. But on the flip side, the wording they used in the sales material didn’t really click for me. It felt like some of the labels and descriptions were kind of vague or used terms that didn’t match what I was expecting from the software or services. Sometimes I found myself going back and forth trying to understand if a feature included certain things or if it required extra steps. The onboarding and training names could have been a bit clearer, too. Not sure if it was in my head, but it just made me hesitate before signing up. So yeah, good job on the payment and invoicing transparency, but the sales language could definitely be more straightforward. I hope they tweak that because it would make the whole process way less confusing for people like me.
