The good and the bad side of onboarding
So, the training provided by WFHI was kind of a mixed bag for me. Like, on one hand, the material covered was alright, nothing mind-blowing but it did touch on the basics. However, when it came to responsiveness, that's where things dragged. Reaching out for quick clarifications often took a while, sometimes days, which was pretty frustrating when you're trying to get up to speed fast. I get that everyone has their workload, but some more proactive communication would have helped a lot. At least the initial sign-up and payment went smoothly and the invoicing was clear, so credit where it’s due. Overall, I wouldn't say the onboarding was a waste, but it certainly left me wishing for more timely feedback and guidance. It didn't match my expectations based on what I read before purchasing, so not really what I hoped for.
