The good and bad sides of your sales process
I started by trying to find detailed information about the products WFHI offers on their website. The layout was not very intuitive, and I had to click multiple times to locate the page detailing their software features. Although some videos were available, they didn't cover everything I was interested in. Then I found some brief FAQs, but they were quite general and lacked specifics on payment and onboarding. I reached out through the contact form, expecting a prompt response. It took a long time to hear back, which was frustrating. On the positive side, when I finally got a reply, it was quite informative and clarified my remaining doubts. The sign-up and payment process afterward was straightforward, which helped me feel a bit better. However, the difficulty in finding clear pre-purchase information made me unsure about committing initially. Overall, the process had both helpful elements and annoying delays, which made me question the ease of starting with WFHI.
