The good and bad sides compared
Looking back at my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase process compared to other tools I had used, I see a balance of positives and negatives. The signing up was straightforward and the invoicing transparent, which I appreciated over previous setups that felt murky about payment details. Additionally, the automatic updates happened quietly in the background, which was a relief from other platforms where updates caused interruptions. However, the initial pre-purchase interactions felt a bit rushed and impersonal in comparison. The demo of the calling tools showed promise but didn’t fully capture how it would feel in day-to-day use. Also, the training provided was decent but lacked some depth I had hoped for based on earlier experiences elsewhere. On the positive side, the database feature integrated well and seemed built to support real workflows without too much tweaking. That part felt familiar and reliable. Yet, there were moments when contacting support for clarifications took longer than expected and left me unsure if my concerns were fully understood. It’s a mixed picture, then: some practical features are definitely improvements over what I had before, but in terms of human interaction and training depth, there is room for growth. Overall, I feel the experience has positives worth considering, balanced by small shortcomings that could influence future decisions.
