the good and bad: hours vs work fit

I signed up hoping the software would fit the hours I normally work from home but honestly, it hardly matched my schedule. The dialer seemed set up for longer hours than I could manage in reality. On the plus side, the database feature was decent enough and seemed to be helpful for organizing contacts. But the onboarding felt rushed and when I tried to adjust my working hours within the tools, the options were quite limited. It felt like the system was designed for a different kind of workday. Also, getting through telephonic support took more time than expected, which was frustrating. Overall, I was happy with the software updates coming automatically without me needing to worry, but the mismatch with my working hours made me question the fit for what I do. So yeah, some parts were okay, but the scheduling just didn’t work well for me.
