The FAQ search was surprisingly helpful
During my time with the training materials, I found it moderately easy to locate what I needed. Mostly, the step-by-step guides were thorough and easy to follow, but I struggled a bit when looking for quick answers to specific questions. The search function in the FAQ was surprisingly helpful in this regard, turning up useful articles instantly. That stood out because before using it, I was hopping between different sections and getting lost in the content. On the downside, some video tutorials were a little outdated, which was confusing at times. The onboarding flow itself was straightforward enough once I figured things out, but I wish there was a clearer map or overview of the entire training pathway. It would have reduced the time spent navigating between modules. Overall though, the resources did the job, and now I can manage most software features competently, even if it took a few tries to get there.
