While using the WFHI software, I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly the features and workflows were explained throughout the platform. The onboarding tutorials and the training materials made it easy to understand even more complex steps like setting up the dialer and linking the database. The step-by-step guides were helpful and detailed without being overwhelming. However, I did find that some of the automatic update notes were a bit vague about what changes were implemented, which made me hesitate to install updates immediately. It would be helpful if those were a little more transparent about whether the update affected core functionalities. Aside from that minor issue, the whole software interface and communication around its usage were very clear and user-friendly, which I did not expect at first from a remote workflow tool.
