The explanation took effort but helped at one key moment
When I first decided to check out everything the software offers, I found that the explanations were a bit scattered. Most of the time, I had to figure things out by myself, trying to piece together information across emails, training snippets, and occasional calls. However, there was one particular moment when a telephonic support session clarified a confusing part about the invoicing process that had been bugging me for days. The person on the call walked me through the steps, and suddenly the whole billing mechanism made much more sense. Outside of that, I wish the overall explanations during the pre-purchase phase had been more concise and better structured; that would have saved me time and effort. But that one clear and patient support interaction definitely stands out as the reason I could move forward without too much frustration.
