The entire process felt overly complicated and confusing
From the very start, I found the explanation of WFHI’s offerings to be insufficiently clear, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be. The sales and pre-purchase communication did not provide a straightforward description of how the software and training modules functioned or what exactly I should expect. This led to confusion about the sign-up process and what steps I needed to follow afterward. I attempted to contact support but found the information was either inconsistent or not readily available. The documentation appeared incomplete, which meant I had to spend extra time trying to figure out basic operations like using the dialer and accessing the database. I genuinely felt this hindered my ability to judge whether the product was suitable. Overall, the lack of clear, detailed, and accessible information caused me considerable frustration and diminished my confidence in the system.
